Cancellation Policy
Deposits All service appointments require a 50% deposit which must be paid on the day of making your appointment. Cancellation Policy As we reserve the appointment time, staff and facilities especially for you, we require 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. A $50 fee will be charge for rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice. Refunds will only be provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We do not provide refunds of any deposit paid for change of mind or scheduling conflicts.
