Cancellation policy

OM Make Up Studio retails from Thursday – Saturday 10-5pm & Sunday 11-4pm, however Makeup Service bookings can be made 7 days a week 7am - 7pm

50% deposit is required before commencement of appointment on the day. Walk-ins will be based on availability on the day.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

A 50% Deposit for any Makeup Service must be paid at the time of booking and is non-refundable 

 Your booking date will be confirmed once your deposit has been paid

 Your scheduled date and time will be locked in and cannot be changed unless mutually agreed by OMStudio and the customer

The remaining 50% will be paid on your booking date

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

When a booking is confirmed and locked in, we will arrange and lock in the makeup artist for the specified date and time. The deposit is non-refundable and it is used to compensate for the makeup artist time if the booking is cancelled. This also means they cannot change your booking without notice and you cannot cancel without notice.

OM Studio, can at its own discretion, choose to hold your deposit and with as much notice as possible to transfer your appointment to another time/date, provided we are not booked out. We will always try to accommodate you as best we can.
