 When will my box arrive?

If you are already an active OM Beauty Box monthly subscriber, the boxes ship by the third week of the month. 
• If you are a new subscriber, your box should ship within 10 business days after sign up. 
• On occasion, there are elements outside of our control that might hinder our ability to hold this promise. In those cases, we will be sure to communicate them to you and provide relevant updates.

 Which month's box will I get when I sign up?

 Whatever month you sign up in will be the month's box you receive. For example, if you sign up between January 1st and January 31st you will receive a January box. 
• At times due to popular demand, your first box may not fall within the same month that you ordered.
• Please note that if you sign up at the end of the month, you will receive two boxes back to back! For example, if you sign up on January 30th, you will receive a January box followed by a February box.

 What comes in an Allure Beauty Box?

 Each box will include 5 specially-curated products in deluxe size*, with a total value of at least $50. Our editors select a mix of luxury and indie brands to include in each box. We sometimes include a bonus product as a free, value add to you.
* We define a deluxe size as at least 3 uses, with the exception of certain high value, one time use products, such as sheet masks.
• All new members who sign up for the OM Beauty Box will receive a special gift as well.

 How much is shipping? 

• Your monthly Allure Beauty Box membership fee includes shipping.

 When will my credit card be charged?

• If you are already an active Allure Beauty Box monthly subscriber, you will be billed when your box ships. 
• If you are a new subscriber, you will be billed on the day that you sign up. Please note that if you sign up at the end of the month, you will receive two boxes back to back, and your credit card will be charged accordingly.  
• If you signed up for an annual subscription, your membership will renew on the 13th month of your original purchase. You will be notified by email before this transaction occurs. 

 Can I cancel my membership? 

 Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Please email: . To be sure you will not be billed for the next month's box, cancel by the last day of the month prior. For example, cancel on or before November 30th to avoid being charged for the December box.

What if I want to change my shipping address?

 You can update your shipping information at any time. Please email:

 What if I want to change my billing information?

 I never received my box...

 How long will my membership last? 

 As long as you are enrolled in the OM Beauty Box program, we will continue to bill and send you a new box each month.

 I didn't like one of the samples I received, can I exchange it for a different sample? 

Our editors work to inform you of and introduce you to the best products each month, and while Allure is the beauty expert, we understand that everyone's beauty routine is different. Some products may be a better fit to some more than others, but that's part of the fun and part of the service our editors provide: helping you learn about new products. We encourage you to share your samples with your friends, and hopefully next month's box will include products you will enjoy! There are some great forums online for sample exchanging, and we hope you reach out to other subscribers to swap for something you'll love.

 My box and/or some of its contents arrived damaged.

email: or call 03 83838618. and we will work to send you replacement samples, an entire box, or a refund on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to make sure you receive at least 5 in-tact samples every month!

One of the items is missing from my box?

 In general, you are expected to receive 5 products and sometimes a 6th or 7th as a bonus. If you receive 4 items or less, please contact us at email: or call 03 83838618. and let us know what item you are missing from your box that month. We will be able to send the missing item separately. 
• Please note the box may have multiple variations i.e. different shades of lipstick or different scents of hand cream.
• In addition to the 5 products in each Allure Beauty Box, we sometimes include a bonus product (or two) that falls outside of that category, but those never count towards your 5 items (they would be free, bonus products)

Will you tell me ahead of time what is in my box?

• We can't stop talking about our boxes! Follow us on our social channels (Facebook and Instagram) for a sneak peek into what is featured in each month's box.

How will I get the right shaded product for my skin tone?

 For shaded products, like a foundation, you will be provided an opportunity to pick the right shade for you. If you do not make a selection, one will be provided for you.

 Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within Australia.

When will I receive my referral gift?

Your referral gift should arrive 1-3 weeks after your friend's first Beauty box has shipped.
